Questions
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Anyone can run a free deliverability test — send an email to a one-off address and get a full report, no sign-up required. Accounts add saved history, DMARC aggregation, monitoring, and the API.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, with VAT added where required. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to free.
Does a subdomain count as a domain?
Yes — each name you add is monitored separately and uses one slot, so example.com and mail.example.com count as two. Add the name you actually send from: if your mail leaves from mail.example.com, monitor that rather than the bare domain.
Is there a free trial?
Where a trial is offered it's shown at checkout; you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then.
